Install CADlook Viewer
CADlook Viewer requires 72 MBytes of disk space minimum. This is a fully functional copy. Note that these are two different packages. The 64-bit package contains 64-bit executables and only works on 64-bit machines.

Turn on Hardware Acceleration for Graphics
By default, the graphics hardware on your machine is not used by CADlook. You may turn on the graphics hardware to speed up the graphics drawing. To turn on the graphics hardware for CADlook, choose Options | Graphics Engine from the CADlook menu and then choose Hardware Accelerated. After you make the selection, you have to restart CADlook for the selection to take effect.

ATI or Intel Graphics Chips
If your computer is equipped with ATI or Intel Graphics Chips, you want to check here if you run into problems.

You need a license key to install CADlook Viewer. We provide a free 15-day evaluation license key. A free evaluation license key can also be obtained from sales@cadlook.com

Install an evaluation copy

  1. Unzip the downloaded zip file.
  2. Double click on the setup.exe. Your computer has to be connected to the internet in order for setup to work correctly.
  3. Follow on-screen instructions to install all the files.
  4. On 32 bit machines, click on Start | All Programs | CADlook_v14.0 | Install CADlook License.
    On 64-bit machines, click on Start | All Programs | CADlook64_v14.0 | Install CADlook License.
  5. Click on the radio button that states installing an evaluation license. Enter the evaluation license key. Then click on the OK button.
